i haven't had this game installed since last year , i recently downloaded and installed it , but when i tried to launch the game it went into the rockstar social club launcher and keeps showing the circle loading symbol . it stays like that forever , until i cancel it also this happens regardless of when i choose regular gtav or online gtav
I tried doing windows recovery environment. But after passing the logo screen (preparing automatic repair). A cmd window will pop out and disappear instantly and the screen will be just black. But when i move the mouse the pointer appears. Another process i tried using the Windows 10 installer and use the fix PC feature.

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) If necessary, click on the Processes tab. Leave that window open to monitor your system. If you cannot enter Safe Mode, try to enter Windows Recovery Environment so that you could run Automatic Repair. You can also use Windows Installation Media to repair your computer. .
